Cancelling Orders
Fishpond Retail Limited reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason or to cancel the purchase agreement after order confirmation, including (without limitation) where Fishpond Retail Limited believes the order to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use of a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.


If we do cancel your order or purchase agreement, Fishpond Retail Limited ccepts no liability for any resulting damages or costs suffered by you, however we will refund the purchase price to you (where it has already been paid).


If you choose to cancel your order and it is already in transit to you, we will ask you to wait until the item is delivered to you and initiate a return.


Warranty, Exchanges & Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of the item being shipped, provided it is in new, resalable condition.


Items can be returned after the 30 day period in compliance with the relevant consumer legislation if the item is faulty or damaged.


Change of mind returns
Change of mind returns are allowed if an item is returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received.


Fishpond Retail Limited are unable to accept Perfumes, cosmetics CDs, DVDs, games or software as returns, unless the goods are faulty or factory sealed and unopened.


Postage Charges
If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake Fishpond Retail Limited has made, we will provide a Reply Paid returns address. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.


Exchanges & Replacement
If an order is damaged in transit, Fishpond Retail Limited will be happy to replace your items at no cost.


For damaged items shipped to you in the last 30 days please contact us via Catch Help Centre.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
