Returns Policy
Forcast offers returns within 30 days from receiving your order when purchased online provided the customer meets the requirements set out below:
- Items were purchased from Forcast Online and NOT purchased in store
- Goods must be returned within 30 days from when you receive the order
- Invoice and returns form is filled out appropriately and returned along with your items
- Item has not been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer and is returned in original condition with swing tags attached.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly received. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the item/s. A message will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
- Please note: we do not exchange or refund hosiery and jewellery due to hygiene purposes.
Faulty Products
We sincerely apologise if you have received an item from us that is faulty. Please note that we process our faulty items the same as regular returns, so please follow the above method & the faulty claim will be assessed at our head office, after which you will be contacted.
