We are an online retail store based in Melbourne, Australia. The idea of this store is to provide an ultimate online shopping experience for everyone from the convenience of their homes.

We started off in 2019 selling just 100% authentic designer brand Perfumes and now grown to offer a wide range of Cosmetics.

We believe that our customers are the foundation of our business and we pride ourselves by providing the highest quality of customer service via email, phone and online chat.


Cancellations


We usually dispatch items within 24 hours and cancellations needs to be made prior to that by contacting us. A cancellation request approval depends on whether the item is already processed or not.


Refunds (if applicable)


Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. You can return your package if you changed your mind, it has a defect or product not as described. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:


Item in the same condition as you received.
A copy of receipt or proof of purchase
Reason for return


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping


Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
