Friendie Audio aligns with all Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees. Products returns are not accepted for changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it, misused or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.



For all returns, replacements and returns please contact the Friendie Audio Customer Service team via the Marketplace portal.



Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase via the friendie Customer Service



Our highly rated Customer Service team will contact you and guide you through the process and evaluate if the product is a service or warranty.



If your product is not under warranty we will be able to repair your product, your Customer Service Representative will work through pricing of the service or replacement with you.



Headphones are consumable parts that sometimes wear out through normal use or unusual movements. But don’t worry, our Customer Service team will work through a solutions to have you back listening to Friendie audio products.



This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorised repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.



Consumable parts includes batteries, headbands and cables that will wear out through normal use, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.



All our decisions will be made appropriately within Australian Consumer Law which laws entitle you to get service coverage for quality problems for a reasonable period of time after the date of delivery.
