For return shipment please package the product and all accessories including the recipe book and manual safely in their original packaging to avoid any damage in transit.

Please provide the appliance serial number before returning the unit. You will find it on the motor base.
Please also provide us with the tracking details so that your return can be easily identified and the refund processed.
Please ensure the product is cleaned in full with no food residue remaining. A fee of $ 25 will be applied for any appliances requiring to be cleaned by the Service Team.
Once the product arrives to the Service Department, it will be inspected and the money will be refunded within 14 days.
