Helenemoda is committed to customer satisfaction. If a product received does not meet your expectation in term of size or style, you can return it to us within 30 days. The product must be returned in the same condition it has been received, unworn, with the same tags attached and in the initial polybag.
Swimwear and some sport bra can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return a product to us, you need to organise the return delivery and you are responsible for the handling charges. Any item returned must be in its original condition, as described in RETURNS POLICY and returned to us.

In case of change of mind, and product return, once receipted and it is found to be in original saleable condition, you will be refunded in full less the cost of initial shipping. Helenemoda does not take any responsibility and will not been held liable for returns lost in transit. We strongly suggest insured registered post for any return. If you do not accept delivery of your order, return and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
