Shipping Policy

Handling times
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, please allow the following delivery times based on your location.

Metro delivery: 2 – 5 business days
Regional delivery: 5 – 7 business days
Remote delivery: 7 – 14 business days

Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped using Express Couriers with tracking number. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details. We can deliver to residential addresses and business addresses. We currently can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch, or can be viewed at your account. We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, but there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the estimated date.

We will dispatch your order(s) within 24 hours and we offer free transit insurance for your peace of mind. Your order will be delivered to your door by one of our specially selected door-to-door courier services to ensure that you receive your goods quickly and safely every time!

Please accept your order may be shipped by separate parcel because of the specified allocation from courier. For every Kylin Sauna order, we arrange all deliveries on standard road transport services with one person on board the delivery vehicle. If you have ordered any large or heavy items please have enough able-bodied people at home to help the driver with unloading. The suggested lifting weight per person is 25kg to avoid injury, you may need to 2 adults to help the driver with unloading.

Carton weights can be seen on the products listed specifications. The driver is responsible for delivering the goods to your doorstep at ground level. Please note that any additional freight carrier’s fees such as re-delivery due to unattended delivery are the responsibility of the customer.


For faulty products, customers have 30 days to refund, repair or exchange. Where a problem with a product is not a major fault, Hello Kitchen can choose whether to repair or replace the item or provide a refund. Please contact us via Catch messaging system and state the fault, product description, include image and invoice number in the message. Hello Kitchen will offer you a refund, repair or exchange provided that:

  • - You return the items within 30 days of purchase; and
  • - You produce either your original Hello Kitchen invoice or other adequate proof of purchase; and
  • - It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;

    Please ensure you contact our staff to obtain a return authorization before returning your products back to us. If these requirements are not satisfied, Hello Kitchen reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund.

    For change of mind returns, please contact us via Catch messaging system. Hello Kitchen will offer you a refund once we have inspected the product provided that:

    • - You return the items within 14 days of purchase; and
    • - You produce either your original Hello Kitchen invoice or other adequate proof of purchase; and
    • - It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and
    • - It is unused, unopened and in its original condition; and
    • - In the case of electrical appliance, the original plastic wrapping or seal sticker securing the product closed is intact The customer should need to bear the shipping costs of returning the item to us. Please ensure you contact our staff to obtain a return authorization before returning your products back to us. If these requirements are not satisfied, Hello Kitchen reserves the right not to offer a refund.
