3. If you’d like to return for a refund, contact us via the Catch help desk.
4. Once approved, return the product(s) via traceable mail service 30 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
5. To be eligible for a refund, all steps above must have been actioned.
6. Once returned, our product's purchase price will be refunded to you. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our product(s) are the full responsibility of the Claimant and, unfortunately, will not be refunded.
