Change of Mind Returns


We have a 14-day Change of Mind return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


We will allow a return for store credit, product exchange or refund where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:


Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
In a resalable condition
Not damaged in any way; and
You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase


We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.


To return your item, you must follow our returns process.


You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit, exchange or refund. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for a change of mind.


You may be provided with a product credit, exchange or refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements listed above.


If we approve your returned item and you elected for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address


To begin processing any type of return, please contact us via Catch message and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Items and Incorrect Item issues
We have a 14-day Quality Assurance return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will ensure your order issue is rectified, provided that the item in question is:


Returned within 14 days of receiving order; and
You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase


Please contact us via Catch message and include your name, the order number and the reason for returning the product. We’ll be able to take your call from Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST (excluding Victorian public holidays).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
