RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returns must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition, being unused, unopened and with tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being undamaged) not damaged in any way.
Please note that the refund amount applies to the product(s) purchased cost only. Any shipping costs are not refunded.
Return parcels can take 2-12 business days to reach us. Once received, your return request will be processed within 2-5 business days. Return requests may take up to 5-10 business days to process during peak periods.
Returns must not be part of our “Return Excluded Product List” (see below).
To return a product, please kindly contact us for an approval. Any returns without prior approval are subject to refusal.
