The warranty claim only applies to defects that have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the Products and does not apply to other defects which have arisen as a result of the following: accidental damage, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, harsh or adverse conditions, including excessive water pressure, temperature or neglect of any kind. Alterations and repairs of the Products will void the warranty.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchased. A free 6 months warranty for fittings (replacement warranty on the installation parts. such as cartridges screws nuts etc); 5 years replacement warranty for cartridge. 6 months guarantee on finish (Includes mixers, tap ware and showers. Accessories are subject to 1 year replacement parts only.) The Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and installed the products in residential applications.
Warranty Peroid for Commercial applications (for example hotels, aged care facilities, hospitals, schools, factories, motels) that All Products have 1 year - Replacement parts and 6 months guarantee on finish (Includes mixers, tap ware and showers. Accessories are subject to 1 year replacement parts only.)
Change of mind returns will not be accepted if the item more than 14 days of receiving order and if the item is not in its original unopened state and packaging.
Please immediately check your parcel when it arrives to make sure there are no problems. We won't take responsibility for item which is broken or loss when delivered over 48 hours.
Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Us by Catch messaging with your Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
2. Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved.
ATTENTIONS:
1. All Items that are not installed by a licensed tradesman (Plumber, Stonemason, Kitchen cabinet maker, etc.) will not be warranted.
2. We will not take any responsibility for general use scratching, chipping, breaking, discoloration within all ranges of granite sinks and Basins. Cracked or chipped ceramic basins are not covered under warranty once installed.
3. Homeplaza option to repair or exchange the products under this warranty DOES NOT COVER any labor or other cost of removal or installations, nor shall Homeplaza be responsible for any other incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product. It will also not be responsible for shipping or delivery damage.
