To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with their original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras. Any defects on merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt, if an exchange or refund is desired. After 7 days a customer must use the warranty that comes with the merchandise.
When you return an item you can receive an exchange, credit voucher or money refund.
All returns must be sent to our US warehouse (Texas).*If the return is made due to an error on our part, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Returns for "remorse", such as "no longer wanted", "found a better price", and other reasons that do not relate to any defect or error with the order, do not qualify for free return shipping and the return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Returned items that are worn or damaged will be returned to the customer.
The returns process: Please contact us via your Catch account prior to returning your item and provide us with purchase details (e.g. Order Number, item name, etc...) and we will advise you of the return address and full return instructions.
When we receive the returned item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in it's in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund.
We will then process the refund as quickly as possible. You will receive an email from us to notify you when your returned item has been received and processed. Your card is refunded for the full price of the returned products and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. We do our best to process most refunds on the same day which they were received.
