Delivery time varies with product type, quantity and finish. Our standard lead time for standard doors take 1-14 days to be dispatched and delivered. Our custom-made door typically takes 8-12 weeks to be ordered, manufactured and delivered.
The damages item must be reported to the courier company/ driver and to us immediately. Replacement orders for damaged goods are given priority.
