Your satisfaction is our first priority at In2Linen. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.
We will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:
- you have proof of purchase;
- the item has not been opened;
- the item is in saleable condition;
- the item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached
- the item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector or pillow,
Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.
