We're sure you will like our furniture either its an office, dining or living room furniture, but if not, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

If you are not happy with the item, change your mind, the product does not suit your space, or for any reason, don't worry! Simply return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less delivery costs.

Refund policy

If the product doesn’t suit your space or you’ve changed your mind, don’t worry! Simply return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery/pick up for a full refund* less delivery costs.

All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days from the date you received it. All costs regarding delivery will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs. Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return.

Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any costs associated with returning the product(s). It is the customers responsibly to take furniture from or to the front of the ground level. The Service and delivery of goods by third party carriers includes only delivery to ground floor and/or the front door (a door-to-door service) by a single delivery driver, and does not include carrying items inside, upstairs, in elevators, placement, assembly, removal of wrapping or the like. It is always the customers responsibility to arrange for a means (whether by requesting assistance from neighbours or friends or otherwise) to bring Goods inside (or in the case of a return, outside) from (or in the case of a return, to) the front door or grounds floor of residences or buildings.

Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. If a returned item is found not to be re-saleable by Interior Secrets (at its sole discretion), Interior Secrets reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee will be stipulated by returns agent prior to the initiation of the return.

*Our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to custom made orders/special orders/online exclusive products and large assembled high gloss MDF items (such as TV units, buffet units, coffee tables and dining tables). These exemptions to the money back guarantee are stipulated on the product listing. Special orders may include items not shown on our website.

Interior Secrets reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.

Faulty items and significant differences

Interior Secrets offers warranties and guarantees in accordance with consumer law.

If a product is faulty, is significantly different to those shown or described to you, or not doing what it’s supposed to do, please notify Interior Secrets immediately. You will be asked to take photos and /or videos to clearly illustrate the problem.

In the case of faulty items or significant differences, Interior Secrets will work with you to find a solution that you’re happy with in accordance with consumer law.

All faulty items must be returned to us in safe order for inspection and assessment. We require the goods to be packaged adequately to avoid damage in transit. It is the customers responsibly to take furniture to the front of the ground level.
