Please read the following return policy carefully and that you acknowledge and agree to our return policy before you place an order. Jess Art Decoration, as a marketplace seller, we abide by Catch Marketplace's 14 days Change of Mind return policy*.
In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return it to us for:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
Please ensure the item is unwashed, unused with all packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us via your Catch account if there is a problem with your item. Should you have a faulty item and we can cover the return postage where necessary. After the 14 day period* expires we will not accept change of mind returns. We also offer a 12-month warranty, feel free to contact us if you have issues, we will send a replacement after you send back the faulty product.
