After 7 years operating our local retail store in Vermont VIC, Joy Mall has now expanded our business and become an online e-commerce shopping mall for essential computer and electronic accessories, sheepskin related products and other home and living products. Our company goal is to provide the best quality at a very competitive price which providing great value to our clients.
We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.
For wrong or incomplete address order with failure delivery, the customer has the full responsibility, we are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete address postage, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
