Pets are part of the family and one of the kids, sure, they might ruin your favourite shoes, leave unwanted presents on the floor and wake you in the middle of the night, but they also make us laugh, give us comfort and are our devoted friends. At Jumbo Pets we understand that your pets mean the world to you and that’s because they mean the world to us too.
Our goal is to make caring for your pet as easy as possible. Because when it comes down to basics, caring starts at home. Not in the car getting to the local pet store, not hunting for a car park, not getting frustrated because what your pet loves to eat is not in stock and not lugging heavy bags of food around. Jumbo Pets take the hard work out of shopping for your pets needs so you can spend more time with the pets you love.
At Jumbo Pets, we only carry products that we would use on our pets. We stock everything to keep your loved one in tip top condition – from premium food and medications to toys, treats and grooming products. New product lines are being added almost daily, so if there is something you would like to see on our site, or if you have a suggestion of any kind we’d love to hear it.


Whilst we endeavour to make sure that you are happy with everything you purchase from Jumbo Pets, we do understand that sometimes you might not be 100% satisfied. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Jumbo Pets when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product: Is faulty or of unacceptable quality, it does not match the description or sample, it is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do), it is not delivered in a reasonable time frame. This also includes non-compliance with any applicable warranties or guarantees as set out by the manufacturer (e.g. the palatability guarantee on super premium foods).
Jumbo Pets will cover any associated delivery charges for the return of any products which fail to meet the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase must be provided with returned goods. In these instances, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
• You contact us and return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us.
• The products are returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all instruction/owner manuals, warranty card and any other accessories, remote control and/or power cords that came with the product.
• A full refund will be issued to you. It will be processed by us within 48hrs of receiving the returned goods.
Jumbo Pets treats all ‘change of mind' transactions as a refund. You are then able to place another order in your own time for a replacement product through Catch. The unwanted product must be returned to us either post with proof of purchase enclosed. For any ‘change of mind' returns, it is your responsibility to cover all delivery charges incurred. A copy of your tax invoice (or relevant proof of purchase) is to be included in the delivery (please keep the original for your own reference), and the refund will be processed using your original method of payment. Please ensure your item is packed securely to protect it from any damage in transit and be sure to retain your shipping information for tracking purposes, to ensure the package arrives safely at our warehouse. Jumbo Pets cannot be responsible for any items damaged or lost during return transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed after your item arrives at our Online Warehouse.
