WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

The following definitions apply to this Policy:

Australian Consumer Law means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Machine means any coffee-making machine bearing the ‘K-fee’ logo and offered for sale by Us;

Products means any goods offered for sale by Us;

We, Our or Us means Kruger ANZ Pty Ltd; and

You or Your means any person who has purchased a Product.

All Our Machines have a twelve month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to the warranty card included with your Machine. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Our election.

Please contact Us on K-fee team via Catch Messaging to initiate a return. All freightage costs associated with return of Product(s) will be at Our discretion.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, returned Product(s) must be returned by You in their original packaging with all the accessories and Your proof of purchase.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We accept no responsibility or liability for Product(s) lost in transit.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product. Please choose carefully as K-fee does not accept return of goods for change of mind or make wrong decision about K-fee's goods or services.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, You are entitled: to cancel Your service contract with Us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, You are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
