Product Warranty:
All products sold by Karaoke Home Entertainment are covered by the manufacturers 1 year warranty* period which commences from the original invoice or purchase date.
The Sonken MP-4000 Karaoke Machine exclusively has a 2 year warranty* period from the original invoice or purchase date.
* Terms and Conditions: General wear and tear is excluded from the warranty offered during the course of normal usage as is any and all forms of user damage or misuse causing damage including but not limited to the leaving of AA or AAA batteries in a Remote Controls or in Wireless Microphones for a long period of time, which can cause damage from battery acid leakage, which is not covered by any manufacturers warranty and we strongly recommend removing these types of batteries when not in use.
Microphones which have been damaged due to mishandling or dropping are also not covered under any manufacturers warranty.
The warranty period covers electronic parts and labour to repair any faulty product, it does not cover transportation to or from Karaoke Home Entertainment or in some cases directly to or from the manufacturer, and does not cover any rechargeable batteries which maybe included in the product purchased.
Any and all rechargeable batteries which are inside in devices like Karaoke Powered Speakers or Wireless Microphones/ Receivers have a separate 3 month from original invoice or purchase date warranty period as the duty of care and responsible maintenance usage falls to that of the purchaser as rechargeable battery units should be used at least monthly and charged after each use to maintain a long battery life. Units should never used or charged whilst turned on (operational) and connected to the mains power as this will damage the unit and voids all warranty.
Change of Mind Returns:
Please feel free to contact us prior to making a purchase, as something entirely different might be what's required for your purposes and in doing so saves time and money.
If you do choose the wrong product you can return them during the cooling-off period being 30 days from purchase date, this is in place for the return of new and unused items as a result of a change of mind. This provison however excludes Karaoke Discs and Computer Software due to copyright and licensing restrictions and if faulty will be replaced with the same item.
Return Cost Responsibility: The cost associated with the return of items rests upon the buyer.
Change of Mind Returns: In instances where returns are initiated due to a change of mind, items may be accepted within 30 days. However, if said items are no longer within their original packaging or have been subjected to testing, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Liability and Transit: Any potential loss of or damage to products during the process of return transit is not within our liability. It is a requisite that the product be packaged diligently, insured to cover the full purchase price, and dispatched using a method that allows for traceability.

In case the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply, to recover the cost shipping the goods. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for paying the return postage. However, if the order has not yet been dispatched, no cancellation fee will be charged.
