To get a covered product repaired or replaced, please follow the instructions below:
Return shipments shall be at the customer’s expense, and the return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. You should track the shipment as appropriate because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at KLIM.
What will KLIM do to correct the problem?
KLIM will, at its option, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured, or is out of stock, at its option, KLIM may replace your product with a similar or better KLIM product.
KLIM guarantees its product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) to FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of original purchase depending on the product and the exceptions stated below.
If a defect exists, at its option, KLIM will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

Change-of-mind Returns
KLIM will accept change-of-mind returns if the package has not been opened and the product has not been used.
