Need to look sharp? Pencil skirts are a tough cut to pull off. Our range of everyday shapewear will tighten and lift in all the right places so you can wear your favourite look even after a weekend of total indulgence.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase return it for an exchange/refund with this form proofing you are within 14 days of receipt.
PLEASE ENSURE:
- The invoice and this form is included.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn with no makeup stains.
- Items must be returned in their original plastic bags/package, also make sure the barcode is attached to the product.
- Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
FAULTY GARMENTS
If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us via your Catch account to arrange return for you. LaScuplte will happily provide a return postage for any faulty items. Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Personal wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is a manufacturing fault.
EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS
LaSculpte offers exchanges and/or replacements that meet the required criteria for another size, unless colour or item; subject to product availability. These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Kindly contact us via your Catch account.
A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by a LaSculpte Representative. Should a refund be requested for the exchanged item, LaSculpte will be happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements. Should a faster exchange be required, we recommend sending the item back for a refund and placing a separate order online for the new item. LaSculpte will not accept out of pocket expenses should a customer choose this option.
REFUND PAYMENTS
It will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of LaSculpte receiving the return parcel. Kindly contact us via your Catch account.
