What to expect from your delivery: When you order a complete set of height adjustable desk (tabletop & table frame), these items are dispatched at the same time but packaged separately to ensure that your product is safe whilst in transit. Please allow some extra time for the second item to be delivered if they do not arrive at the same time.

If you experience any delays in delivery, please track your order online OR contact the third-party courier directly.
The courier will call prior to delivery to check someone over the age of 18 will be able to receive the item. Please ensure you are at home at the agreed time. Once a time has been agreed and if you are not at the delivery address to sign, you might be charged a redelivery fee by the shipping company.
* During peak periods, over 85% of all failed deliveries at this time of the year are due to people not being home.
Please contact our customer service team via Catch message immediately if:
- Your product was damaged during transit
- You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased
- You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased
We accept change of mind returns if the item is in its original unopened state and packaging. Please note all returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Customer will shoulder the shipping costs. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product in its original state and packaging. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item.
Every Lazy Maison product comes with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. A replacement or refund is entitled to an item’s damage, failure, or unacceptable quality. Other than statutory rights, this product comes with a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase
This warranty will not apply in circumstances where:
1. the goods have not been installed, maintained, operated, or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods;
2. where damage or defects are caused by deliberate or negligent misuse or abuse,the physical alteration, fire, liquid spillage, use of incorrect voltage, power surges or dips, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, computer viruses, corrosive conditions, or introduction by an insect, pest, or other foreign body;
3. where damage results from any third party software or hardware not provided by us;
4. where items are lost or stolen;
5. in relation to repairs of motors, where the motors have not been used in
accordance with specifications or by normal use.
