Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is important to us; if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will happily exchange, refund, or issue a gift voucher to the amount of the returned items. We ask that you contact us through your Catch account within fourteen days of the order being received.
Where possible, items returned for exchange should be returned in the same condition as they were sent; in the original packaging, labels intact and the item unused and unworn. Returns and exchanges must be mailed at your expense; we recommend via registered post. Please contact us through your Catch account for the return address. We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Exchanges will only be given on the item value; original delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost may be charged for exchanged items.
