Returns Policy
At Lifestyle 2U, we want you to be happy with your product and confident with your online shopping experience with us. Below is our Returns Policy which is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and should provide you peace of mind when choosing to shop with us.
Please note, it is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is entered at time of order placement, we are unable to amend or redirect this once the order has been received.

Change of Mind returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy, see below for terms and conditions:
• Item must be in an unused, unopened and in saleable condition
• Item must be in original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached
• Customer is liable for all fees and costs incurred to return the product to our warehouse which must include tracking
• A claim must be lodged with us prior to shipping the item and once the item has been received by us, we will process the return

Damaged on arrival/incorrect product:
We do our best to ensure the correct item arrives to you safely and undamaged however, on occasion damages can occur in transit.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days and share photos of the packaging and item as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.

Faulty items:
Our items come with guarantees in line with Australian Consumer Law, if the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse if the problem has arisen due to the item being misused.
If you believe there is a fault with the item, please contact us as soon as possible and include details and photos/video as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.
