Welcome to Little Rookie Sport, the first dedicated sport's retailer for kids!

Little Rookie Sport is a business inspired by what sport brings to youth, and the simplicity of creating environments for youth to not only succeed in sports, but become future leaders and role models.

Little Rookie Sport is aiming to connect the power of sport and an active lifestyle to youth and parents, sparking positive conversations, and providing opportunities for all youth in sports.

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item(s) purchased from us, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s).

Full price item(s) are valid for a refund and must be returned to our store to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition. If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for online returns. If you require an exchange please send your item back for a refund and purchase the correct item you require.

Little Rookie Sport can provide you with a returns label (if needed), which allows you to take the parcel to your local Post Office and return it to us hassle-free. The cost of the Return Label is $15 flat rate (set by Australia Post), which will be deducted from your credit or refund, or charged to you prior to us sending out a replacement product.

Please note that most smaller items tend to be cheaper to send with your local post office. We suggest getting a quote from Australia post before using the returns label. You will not be charged unless the label is used for the return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days (14 days during peak periods).

Original freight costs if applied will not be reimbursed unless there is a product fault.

Some products need to be assessed

We may need to assess your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate. Certain products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment, such as:

cricket bats, tennis racquets and similar items;

clothing, compression garments, some footwear;

scooters, skateboards, roller skates.
