LOCOMOTION is an Australian sportswear brand, focusing on providing women with stylish and practical apparel and accessories. RETURNS
All full priced items are eligible for a refund. FOR 14 DAYS. If tags have not been removed and item is returned with original packaging + proof of purchase.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request with Catch Messaging system.


We make every effort to provide goods of the highest quality to our customers and we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please notify us as soon as you notice any damage or fault with the product, and we will be happy to assist you further.


Change of mind guidelines requirements:


4.2.1. returned within 14 days of the customer’s order being received;
4.2.2. as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
4.2.3. in a resalable condition;
4.2.4. not damaged in any way.
4.3. The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
4.4. The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.
4.5. Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree to pay for the goods to be sent back, you may negotiate a resolution with the customer.
