Refund Policy
Faulty
Our refund policy lasts 28 days. On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us via your Catch account for a replacement or a full refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 28 days after your order
Change of Mind Returns
We offer refund or exchange goods for change of mind provided that the item in question is:
• returned to the advised return address within 14 days of order being received
• not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging)
• in a resalable condition
• and not damaged in any way
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You can request a refund on your item for a full refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for returning the item to us including postage fees.
