We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Magic Men Shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (all products) we are happy to accept returns within 30 days from product arrival for any reason. However, the item MUST be in original condition, unopened, and unused with its packaging completely intact. If the product packaging has been opened then we cannot accept a return for obvious health reasons. So have a good look at the product in the package - if you are not happy then do not open it, simple!
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective products. Upon receipt of the parcel and if assessed that the product is in perfect condition and unopened we will provide you with a full refund, including the original shipping fee. A refund will be issued via the original payment method.
