You may modify or cancel your order before we start processing. However, for our team to process and pack your order as quickly as possible, you need to contact us ASAP if you wish to make a change and it is not guaranteed. Please send us a message using your Catch account.


You must obtain a 'Return Authorisation Number' (RAN) from us before the item(s) can be sent back to us.


We are happy to exchange the item as long as the item has not been opened, used, worn with the tag on. Please contact us within 30 Days after you purchased product(s). Please return it back within 7 working days by a trackable postal service. Makkar's Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft or damages to any goods when returning. The postage cost is at purchaser's expenses in both ways (sending and receiving), unless the product you received is faulty.


Change of mind cannot be a reason for a refund, but exchange only. You may receive store credit note when the exchange item(s) is not available.


Free Postage is only offered once and the purchaser is responsible for re-delivery of the exchange item(s).


Unattempted Delivery - parcel will be forwarded to your local post office, please claim the parcel within the requested time frame, otherwise, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. In this case, Return Postage of $15 will be charged.


You may not see the complete product/patterns from listed photos and there may be some colour difference between the pictures and the actual items. Please do not hesitate to contact us to get more details before you make a purchase. After you received the order, this could not be the reason for a refund.


For faulty item(s), please take clear photos from different angles and send to us with an explanation before you send for return.


All faulty items will be replaced directly from the product manufacturer or you can request for a full refund. No postage will be charged for replacement(s) / re-delivery.


Unclaimed parcels (from your local AusPost office) will be returned automatically by AusPost, each returned parcel will be charged $15.
