There are certain situations in which we allow returns; For example, Faulty items, incorrect item sent.
If the item is damaged during transport, please notify the courier when receiving the item and contact us within three working days. We may be able to make a claim to the courier within this period and we will work out the best way to resolve the problem for you.

Change of mind and exchange of item are allowed within 14 days upon received. Please note you will have to pay the postage fee for the returned items.
