Maxxum has been appointed Australian distributor for the famous Korean Optical Company, Samyang. In addition to Samyang, Benro Photo & Video Tripods, MeFoto Tripods, Tenba Bags, Shimoda Bags, Jupio Batteries & LED Lighting, Boya Audio, Loupedeck, Celly Accessories, Hama, Massa Optical Filters & Litra are now exclusively represented by Maxxum.
Our supply lines are operating smoothly as we have expanded distribution to cover the total Australian market. We have our own Account Managers servicing the Victorian and New South Wales market and two Independent Sales Representatives are now growing our coverage in Queensland and Western Australia.
Returns
We accept Change of Mind returns within 14 days from receieving your item. If Maxxum Pty Ltd elects to take back any Product, after that time, it must be in a new and saleable condition and upon terms agreed.
You must notify Maxxum Pty Ltd through Catch messaging within 3 days of receiving the goods for replacement or refund.
For goods deemed faulty after 3 days from receiving will be repaired under warranty.
Maxxum Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for damage done by any freight company Maxxum Pty Ltd uses to freight goods.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed upon between Maxxum & buyer.
Delivery Policy
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however Maxxum Pty Ltd carriers may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products. Goods can also be picked up via an appointment.
How and when we deliver
All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by Maxxum Pty Ltd chosen carriers. For orders placed before 2.00pm on a weekday, we will endeavour to ship same day.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State; 7-14 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
During peak periods, the delivery may take up to 14 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.
Maxxum Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the delivery charge at any time.
