You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached, Factory Seal not tampered with and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
All items to be returned must adhere to the following conditions in order for a refund/exchange of the returned goods to be processed:
Items to be returned must include all relevant documents (e.g.warranty certificates, instruction manuals), tags, product accessories and must be returned along with the original packaging and the customer copy/receipt displaying proof of payment within 30 days of the invoiced date.
All merchandise to be returned must be unused. Any products returned with any sign of damage - original factory seal tampered with or original retail packaging damaged due to mis-handling/mis- use while in the customer’s possession will prohibit refund/exchange of the relevant items.
