Momentous is an Australian-Owned and operated online Furniture & Homewares retail shop with a simple objective in mind, We aim to be part of your significant moment in upgrading your spaces with high quality products at the best possible price and superb customer service.


We are confident that you will be very satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your item/s to us, within 14 days from the date you received the order, for most products. Simply notify us and we will organise a courier to pickup the item/s from your location. Please note that item/s must be unused and in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund less freight charges (dispatch and return freight) in accordance with our refund policy. For orders with Free Shipping the original delivery fee will apply. Item is considered used once assembled. All our orders are processed automatically for fast dispatch and to ensure you receive the item as soon as possible.

The following item(s) are excluded from our returns policy:

- Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
- Made to order products
- Personalised items
- For hygienic reasons, mattresses, bedding, quilt, blankets and pillows are non-returnable, items damaged on arrival will be compensated accordingly or replaced with a new unit

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note upon delivery assistance from you may be required for item(s) weighing more than 25kg when carrying it from the courier’s vehicle to the front door. Fail to do so (Authority To Leave) resulting in damaged item will waive all responsibility of damaged in transit.

NOTE: Courier companies are experiencing delay, extended transit time to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Metro is up to 15 business days. Please allow more time for delivery to other areas.

There will be delay on dispatching some items due to Christmas close between the period of 17th December 2022 and 9th January 2023. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.
