Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping at Mooi Living. We value our customers and want you to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We rarely would see problems with our products, but if you ever do have an issue with your order, we offer 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If within the 14 days of receipt of the item you are not satisfied, you will be need to return the item.
Upon receipt of the item we will replace the item with an identical item or refund the cost of the goods (excluding delivery costs), being that the item has been unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the packaging. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and deemed suitable for resale (unless faulty). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase Mooi Living checks all returns, and if we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.
If ever you find a product faulty please contact us. Even if you could take a photo that would be great. We suggest tracking delivery if you send product back, so that our signature is required upon receipt of the item, because we will not issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
