Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days, if unworn and unwashed, with labels and tags attached, and proof of purchase (ie. Tax Invoice) is provided.
For hygiene reasons and to protect your health and the health of others, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, underwear and swimwear.
All refunds for Change of mind exclude delivery charges. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.
Please allow up to 15 working days from the date you send your items(s) back for your return to be processed in full. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via the Catch messaging system provided. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods, due to higher volumes.
