1. All returns must be authorized by an Authorized National Garage Representative prior to returning the Product.

2. Returned Products must be in the same condition that we sent them to you in, in a "Brand New" resalable condition. If the return is due to a fault or defect with the Product, you may be able to return the Product without it's original packaging.

3. Returns may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the Product to be processed.

4. If the Product is misplaced or lost by the chosen postal service or courier company where the buyer has paid for the return, this is not National Garage's responsibility. We recommend ALL returned items to be sent via registered post so all parties can track the Product.

a. If the return reason is not due to a manufacturer fault or defect, you are responsible for all postage & handling fees, as well as the Product in transit. This includes returns reasons such as Purchased by Mistake, Change of Mind, as well as other similar return reasons.

b. If the return reason is due to a manufacturer fault or defect, we will reimburse reasonable postage costs incurred in posting the Product back.

5. Should Authority To Leave be given to leave a Product at your designated location, title and risk of the Product transfers to you at the point of dispatch or embarkation by National Garage Remotes & Openers to Your courier.
