Returns & Refunds Policy
We want YOU to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, notify us via Catch message to process the returns and refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns. Customers must notify us via Catch message, within 14 days upon receipt of the item. Items should be returned sealed, in a good, resalable condition. Customer bears the cost of paying the return postage.
Damaged/Faulty goods returns/replacement/refund. Please ensure that all returned items are in the same condition that you received them in, including all packaging and instruction leaflets. The customer bears the cost of paying the return postage.
