ProSwimwear Ltd has been established since 2006. Based in the South West of the UK; we now are the world's largest competitive swimwear shop. Returns Policy


Change of mind:
Niche Online Sales Ltd. will provide a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 30 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging and in a new and re-sellable condition. If a change of mind return is received back damaged, used in the water, missing accessories/parts or in any other way unsellable then the return will be rejected and returned to you are your cost. If the return is accepted, a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the total order amount and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.


Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty Item Cases
Niche Online Sales Ltd. will provide a 30-day return policy from day of invoice on all items; if the user finds that the item is not as described or damaged due to insufficient packaging/dead on arrival (no fees will be administered, and any return shipping and outbound shipping costs will be covered).


Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact Niche Online Sales Ltd. via Catch messages to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. In some cases, picture evidence of the fault is sufficient. If not, however, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. For warranty cases only, the return postage fee will be shouldered by the customer. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.
