To be eligible for a Change of Mind return, the product must be new and box unopened and requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers must request refunds/returns via the Catch portal. Customers will be responsible for the costs of return postage. If the product is defective (expired) - the product will be replaced like for like. A claim needs to be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
