Here at OOS Living, we are committed to ensuring you have a great shopping experience and happy with your purchases. In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product or claim a warranty, we make it hassle free and as easy as possible. Please refer to our returns and warranty policy below:

Return Policy

Change of Mind - 14 Day Hassle Free Money Back Guarantee

We are confident you will be very satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return the items within 14 days from the date your receive them, no questions asked. Simply get in touch via Catch messages and one of our friendly customer service representatives will get in touch to start the returns process. We will refund the original order amount less all freight cost and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

To get a refund on your product(s) these conditions must be met:

  • You notified OOS Living within 14 days upon receipt of your order
  • All product(s) are in unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging (As new condition)
  • We require photograph(s) of the item(s) still in the original packaging
  • We will organise return shipping label but return freight costs will be deducted from refund

    Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of item(s) at our warehouse. For products purchased with free shipping offer, the original freight charges will apply. Please contact us if you want to find out the relevant charges.

    Damaged/DOA

    Unfortunately, items can occasionally get damaged in transit.

    If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage and contact us immediately.

    If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible, within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

    The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. For example we may arrange to:

  • Arrange a repair by a local tradesperson (Sydney Metro areas only)
  • Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund
  • Replace the product or parts that are damaged (subject to availability)
  • Arrange for the product to be returned to us or our supplier

    If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

    Cancellations

    You may cancel your order or part of your order, only before the order has been dispatched. We can offer full refund to your original payment method including shipping. We generally ship all our products in 1-2 working days so once items have been dispatched, you cannot cancel them.

    Faults & Warranty

    Our products typically come with 12-Months Factory warranty, otherwise stated in the product descriptions page. Warranties are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The warranty date starts from the date of receipt of delivery. If you wish to make a warranty claim, please provide a clear description, photographs or videos showing the problem(s) and contact us at via Catch messages as soon as possible, we will provide instructions to have it replaced or repaired.

    The warranty policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or modification
  • Damage, wear and tear caused by improper or lack of maintenance
  • Damage to packaging only
  • Minor variations, colour, grain or finish
  • Minor or superficial imperfections
