Going on a cruise and need snorkeling gear, we have the best snorkeling package that you can buy, bar none. Need new SCUBA fins, Mask & Snorkel, Dive Torch or Gloves, don't worry we have you covered. Looking for some fun at the Beach or by the Pool, yeah we have that too.


Why buy from us?
Because we have tested or used every product that we sell. If it doesn't stand up to our standards then we don't sell it. If it breaks easy, if it is not comfortable, if it just doesn't do what the manufacturer says, then out it goes and we won't stock it.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for an exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 21 days of order;
- Not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
- In resellable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way

We cannot accept change of mind returns for items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

If we accept a return, we will ask you to follow our returns process.

We may provide you with a product exchange when we receive and inspect the returned product. If the returned product is found to be not acceptable or does not meet the conditions above the product will be returned to you as received by us.

You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order. Change of mind returns is not accepted for socks or swimwear due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available (see below).

Most return requests will be reviewed within 2 business days. Once a product is returned, we will assess your product in line with our terms and conditions.


IT DOESN'T FIT
Have you received an item of clothing or footwear that does not fit properly?
We know shopping online for shoes and clothes is challenging because you can't try them on prior to purchase. That's why we're happy to take back anything that doesn't fit properly and offer you a replacement if stock is available, albeit with some conditions (see below***).

***Please note that if a product has been correctly sent to you, as per your order, a return under these circumstances falls under our change of mind policy. (see above)

*When returning your item, please wrap the box with plastic or paper and do not affix any tape to the product packaging.

 

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.
If the product has been damaged in transit please photograph any damage to the packaging and include this in your message to us as we may be able to make a claim on the shipping company.

If there is no obvious damage to the packaging please photograph the damage to the product and include that in your message to us.

We may require you to send the product back to us. This may be at your or our expense depending on how your claim is accessed and based on your description of the damage and the photographs you send.

Please allow 48hrs for us to access your claim.

 

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY.
If the product is not performing as expected or does not work at all then we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection.

In your message please describe how the product is not working as expected.

- Once your item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our Returns and Warranty Team and they will be in contact to advise you of the outcome.
- We ask that you allow 48 hours from the date that we receive your return parcel from Australia Post, for the inspection to be completed.
- If your item is damaged or faulty, it will be checked and tested. If your item works or it is undamaged, it may be sent back to you with no refund provided.
- If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the issue is considered a major failure. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you will be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

Please note the following:
- Your return must be received by us within 14 days of being asked to return the product or your claim may require reassessment.
- Damage during shipping or items lost in transit is at the customer’s risk. We recommend paying for tracking or product insurance.
- We cannot accept change of mind returns for items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under our change of mind policy.
