My name is Calum and I am the founder of OZ SMART THINGS. I am an Automation Electrician by trade. When I began in Automation I worked on domestic installations using the C-BUS systems, Sonos and integrated Av. I soon expanded into the commercial sector using further Clipsal products, Tiger boards and Flex7. I then proceeded into the industrial automation working for a robotics company manufacturing and servicing equipment. Its easy to see that I love automation!
When I set about Automating my home using the latest technology which is Z-wave I was shocked with the limited amount of products available in the Australian standard frequency (921.42).
So I decided to create a store that can offer the widest range possible at the best prices all in one online store and use my years of experience in automation to help others with their automation dilemmas.
