I’m a mum of 3 based in Melbourne, Australia. We aim to offer quality, beautiful, modern baby, nursery, kids & parenting essentials, that are not just loved by children, but by any stylish parent. I know it can be an overwhelming time as a parent, let alone a new one. I aim to be there for you to introduce useful, popular products and provide all the information you need to make the right decision for you and your family.



I aim to provide you with only the best quality, parent proven, kids products that will help make your job that little bit easier. I stock a broad range of baby, toddler, kids, and nursery products - including prams, feeding equipment, toys, furniture, maternity wear, and travel stuff, all at affordable prices.


Returns Policy:


Please do not make returns to Peekaboo Baby without a return authorisation. You can obtain this by contacting us via your Catch account.


If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return to us in their new, unopened packaging.


  • Items must be returned within 14 days

  • Products must be in undamaged condition

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags still attached

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable 

We recommend you send all products using registered post, with your returns address on the reverse side of your parcel.  A refund is not issued for items lost or damaged in transit.


Please note, returns outside of the 14 days (upon receiving the parcel,) there will be a $10 return handling fee.


Contact us via your Catch account for the returns address.


Exchanges


Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the parcel and for us to ship you the replacements.


Be sure to include your name, address and RMA number with the returned item. 


Once your goods arrive and have passed inspection, we will issue you a refund on the original method of payment.


You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (excluding freight). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. We can refund you the same way you paid


Damaged & Faulty Items


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged good, please contact us via your Catch account immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.  A return postage label will be issued to you, so you can return the faulty item free of charge.  We may request you email us photographs of the damaged item.


  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 14 days

  • Please do NOT send damaged items back to us without contacting us via your Catch account first
