Petsleisure is an Australian based online pet store and our mission is to help people connect with their pets through a diverse collection of pet products. Our inventory is constantly expanding so check out our listings regularly for new products. If there is a product on your wish list that we do not stock, please contact us and we will try and source it for you.
Petsleisure will accept any new and unused product/s returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding original freight charges). Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging, in a saleable condition and supported by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
Please contact us in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase as we would be happy to work with you in order to ensure a positive experience.
All returns are subject to inspection by Petsleisure and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part, that in our opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return at our discretion.
No liability will be attached to Petsleisure for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defects from supplied componentry. Our liability for any product/s which is defective or causes loss or damage of any kind is limited to the cost of the product or the provision of a replacement or any other remedy you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded. If there is a problem with your order that is covered by the Australian Consumer Law please contact us so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
