Our pet food solutions are customised to your pet’s size and dietary requirement. We will work with you to optimise your pet's consumption habits. The meat patty flavour availability in our Mixed and Raw Meal Plans are not guaranteed, though we will make every effort to cater for your dog’s specific requirements.


Returns Policy

At Petzyo, our mission is to deliver you with an excellent customer experience. We know we are not perfect. But we're eager to improve. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please let us know. We have two returns policies depending on the product purchased:



Meal Plan Items - Taste Satisfaction Guarantee

If your pup is not 100% satisfied with the taste of our products, let us know and we'll happily accept returns and refund your purchase. Requests for returns and refunds will be accepted no later that 3 days after your first delivery.

All Other Products (including 'Treats')
We accept returns for up to 14 days from purchase, providing the products purchased are in their original condition with packaging unopened.

Items returned after 14 days may not qualify for a refund.

You can return your order for a refund through card or account that the purchase was made from.

Customers are responsible for the cost of a product’s return, unless there was an error on our behalf. For Melbourne customers, we may be able to pick up products on the 1st of every month through our packaging pick up service. This can be organised by contacting us via Catch messaging system and is at the business’s discretion, depending on the location of the pick up.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any edible items (outside of our Taste Satisfaction Guarantee for Meal Plan items ) that are opened due to strict health policies. This includes all treats, pharmaceuticals and dental products.

Damaged Products

If you received any products that have been damaged in transit, please contact us via Catch messaging system. Please accompany the email with photos of the damaged items, and include your order number and name.
