Shipping:

- All our orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Our shipping provider is Australia Post, you will receive your tracking number once your order is collected by Australia Post from our warehouse, so keep an eye on the ‘Shipment’ tab right here on the CATCH portal.
- We recommend downloading the AusPost app, this way you can easily track and manage your order.

Returns:

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart. Please familiarise with our return policy below.

In order for your 'change of mind' return to be accepted the following criteria must be met:
The item must be in a re-saleable condition. Meaning it is undamaged, new, unused, unopened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including packaging seals, if any, being unbroken). The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the customer's order being received. Not damaged in any way. If this criteria is met, the customer must submit a return request within their Catch account. Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and once the goods are returned and assessed against the return criteria, a refund will be issued for the goods only and not the initial shipping charge.

If the goods are returned and do not meet the above criteria, including if it is damaged in transit on return to us, a refund will not be issued and the customer would need to pay for the re-delivery of the item if they wanted the item to be resent.

Faulty item:

On the rare occasion that an item may arrive faulty, like a broken seal or damage during transit. Please reach out to us via direct message within 3 days and we will happily come to a solution for you.
