Change of Mind Returns
Q-Vision accepts change of mind returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in a brand new, unused and unopened condition with full original packaging. We charge a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns. Large and bulky appliances are excluded from this policy.
Faulty Item Returns
We accept returns for faulty products within 14 days of the delivery date.
Outside of the 14 day period, we have a full manufacturer guarantee that covers any technical faults occurring within the warranty period.
We do not offer a refund, exchange or credit where the faulty item is a result of customer misuse or handling.
