Returns


Customers have 30 days to return your product from the date it was received.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All promotional and bundled products that are part of the order should be returned.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays or the product(s) to be shipped back to the customer.


Faulty, damaged, or not as described Returns


If the purchased item is claimed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, kindly reach out to us. The team will assist you with troubleshooting, warranty, or the return process.


Change of Mind Returns


Razer accepts change of mind returns if the items are:


  1. returned within 14 days of receiving order;

  2. as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

  3. in a resalable condition; and

  4. not damaged in any way.

Do note, for change of mind returns, that the customer will bear the cost of return for and we will be processing refunds for the price of the product only.


Additional Return Terms and Conditions


Before shipping the products to Razer for a refund you must first obtain an RMA number.


The RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned product's packaging.


The product will be considered returned once the product has been delivered to Razer, and the package has been open, and the contents were verified.


It is strongly advised that a trackable shipping method is used. And Razer is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds


A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product excluding any charges for the initial shipping of the product when it was purchased.


Refunds will be issued back to the same way you paid for the order.
