We offer free shipping and tracking included with your delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes.
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty from purchase.
Defective and damaged products:
Should a product become defective within the warranty period or a product delivered damaged, the product (including all components/accessories) shall be returned for evaluation and testing.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the care of returning product.
After the evaluation and testing is completed, and the product is confirmed as faulty or delivered damaged, the customer shall be offered a repair, like-for-like replacement or a refund.
In the event a repair or like-for-like replacement cannot be offered a refund for the product and delivery fee will be provided.
Where a customer returns product as a warranty or delivered damaged return, and the returned goods do not meet the warranty period or have found not to be delivered faulty, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree to pay for the product to be sent back, we reserve the right to negotiate a resolution with the customer.
Change of mind returns:
A product can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a change of mind if the product is as new and not used, in its original unopened packaging including any package seals (if any) being unbroken.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage of the product.
The product will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received and meet the change of mind criteria set. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the product will not be refunded or credited.
Where a customer returns product as a change of mind return, and the returned goods do not meet the change of mind criteria set, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree to pay for the product to be sent back, we reserve the right to negotiate a resolution with the customer.
